Precise microstructures

We fabricate the chips in layer thicknesses between 20-500 micrometers.

Each layer is given a unique design that forms the microstructure in the x-y level, with a photomask dependent precision.

The last layer is normally a lid with vertical sample ports. Since each layer binds to the previous layer the process results in a sealed monolithic chip with vertical sample ports.
